Working with VerticalChaos and strategic partner Mysys ltd., KIA Motors engaged our team to develop a micro-site designed specifically for automotive journalists in Canada. KIA needed to build a one to one relationship with this media audience offering a direct source for press releases and product news supporting ongoing vehicle releases & campaigns.
Working with KIA, our engagement team developed a cost effective plan outlining intuitive content management systems; visitor profile and login process; and easy to use media content and delivery systems. In addition the site had to be bilingual (French and English) plus load quickly.
Our solution was built in a .NET environment optimized to leading standards ensuring the solution provided scaleable solution architecture for tomorrow. Content Management Systems made the site easy to update plus scaleable to meet the demands of an evolving product lines.
The new media site allows KIA to easily update its media kit and empowers journalists to create their own profile and register for access. A stand alone content management system was engineered to be scalable and easily updates for new vehicle lines. Press release information can be featured or archived either online or offline for historical reference. Other features include image galleries, vehicle specifications and graphical downloads.
The site is consistent with current identity standards providing consistent brand messages supporting ongoing initiatives by KIA Motors Canada.
