Challenge
Working with The Days Hotel & Conference Centre Toronto Downtown, VerticalChaos needed to establish a strong visual and online brand strategy that would differentiate this location from other Days Hotel properties while still maintaining global corporate identity. The outcome of this experience would raise awareness of the conferencing / meeting facilities, plus target leisure markets particularly European Tour Operators.
Solution Strategy:
Part of our innovative online solution was to make the site an effective marketing tool to both business and leisure markets while properly profiling this full service facility to other stakeholders in the industry.
As resource for visitors to Toronto the site links conferences, trade shows, attractions and many tourism resources within the GTA. Detailed floor plans were made available along with full event and specialty catering service menus. Providing interactive layouts and specifications for each of the conferencing rooms leverages this online medium while reinforcing the professional services at this convenient downtown location.
The scalable and intuitive navigational structure VerticalChaos developed allows Days Hotel to expand the services it offers online while enticing the user to explore the site fully. Developing and strengthening new relationships, The Days Hotel & Conference Centre Toronto Downtown has already applied it's new business strategy linking its site with Air Canada as part of its 'CANADA LOVES TORONTO' campaign.
